Online Payments Notice - Terms of Use

Please be aware that payments may take five to seven business days to be posted to your account. This does not include weekends or holidays. CLAWA cannot process payments until notification is provided by California Bank & Trust that your payment has been made and that funds are available.

 

Your payment will be processed through CLAWA’s customer portal and then our financial institution, California Bank & Trust. CLAWA only receives the notification of payment. CLAWA does not have access to your banking information.

 

All returned payments are subject to the standard $50 returned payment fee. This includes, but is not limited to: stop payments, insufficient funds, canceled payments, etc.

 

CLAWA advises you not to make an online payment to avoid discontinuance of water service. Due to processing times, your online payment does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
